Pasta Evangelists is expanding its restaurant portfolio with three new openings this summer. The company is opening sites in Shoreditch and Soho in London, alongside its largest restaurant to date in Winchester.

The expansion increases the company’s total restaurant portfolio to 14 sites across the UK.

The move builds on the firm’s recent opening in Chelsea and its existing out-of-town venue in Guildford.

The Shoreditch restaurant will open on Bethnal Green Road in July, featuring design elements that reference the 400-year Moorish history of Palermo.

Meanwhile, the Soho site on Wardour Street will follow in August to meet regional capital demand.

Additionally, the Winchester branch on High Street will open in July, providing 131 covers. The venue will act as a regional hub, hosting five pasta-making events each week alongside its standard daily dining service.

Finn Lagun, founder of Pasta Evangelists, said: “We are incredibly excited to be bringing Pasta Evangelists to Shoreditch, Soho and Winchester this summer. Each of these locations has its own distinct character and energy, and we can’t wait to introduce our freshly made pasta and hands-on pasta-making experiences to a whole new wave of guests.

“Our restaurants have always been about more than a meal, they’re about connection, craft and a genuine love of Italian food, and that is exactly what all three new sites will deliver.”
