Greggs has appointed Ikdeep Singh as an independent non-executive director to support its growth strategy.
Singh will join the board on 1 July 2026. He currently works as global president of Mars Pet Nutrition, a division within the $30bn (£22.4bn) petcare business of Mars that operates across more than 120 markets.
The director previously worked as president of the North American business of L’Oréal.
He also held senior positions at Procter and Gamble across North America, Greater China, and global markets.
Additionally, Singh holds a master of business administration from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
Ikdeep brings experience of leading large consumer businesses across operations, supply chain, innovation and digital transformation.
According to Greggs, his expertise in business transformation and digital modernisation will support Greggs as it continues to deliver its growth strategy
