Independent non-executive director Mitesh Patel has stepped down from the board of Domino’s Pizza Group to focus on other commitments.

Patel left his position today (10 June 2026) after serving as a board member since June 2024.

The executive previously co-founded online optical retailer Lenstore and served as a board trustee for charity Oxfam.

The takeaway company confirmed that non-executive director Anne Murphy will assume the role of designated non-executive director for workforce engagement following the departure.

Ian Bull, chair of Domino’s, said: “On behalf of the board, I would like to thank Mitesh for his contribution during his time on the board and wish him every success for the future.”

Patel added: “I have learned a huge amount on the board and wish Domino’s and the board and each and every colleague the very best for the future.
