German Kraft Brewery has partnered with Landsec to operate the reimagined Model Market at Lewisham Shopping Centre.
The venue will open in late summer 2026. The launch forms part of regeneration plans designed to boost visitor numbers in the town centre.
The independent beer brand will manage operations and select street food vendors for the site.
The venue will feature an all-day concept combining coworking spaces, dining and cultural events.
German Kraft launched in 2017 within the Mercato Metropolitano food hall in Elephant and Castle.
Felix Bollen, co-founder of German Kraft and Mosaik, said: “We’re excited to bring Model Market back to life as a next-generation social destination for Lewisham, a place that feels open, dynamic and deeply connected to the local community. We’ll be continuing the community social hub we ran in Elephant & Castle over the last 9 years.”
