Matcha bar brand Jenki has announced plans to double its London estate to 11 locations by the end of 2026 to meet rising demand across the capital.
The company will open five new sites in Soho, Liverpool Street, St Paul’s, Fitzrovia and Marylebone between August and December.
According to management, this expansion will strengthen its presence in major business and retail destinations.
Co-founded in 2020 by Claudia and Otto Boyer, the brand uses data modelling to identify locations based on footfall and consumer demand. It currently operates sites in areas including Selfridges, Spitalfields and Borough Market.
Claudia Boyer said: “We’re opening where our customers are already telling us they want Jenki to be. Matcha has become part of everyday life for more people across the UK, and we’re seeing that reflected in demand across London.
“These new openings allow us to bring Jenki to more communities while continuing to invest in the quality, craft and customer experience that has defined us from the beginning.”
