Hotville is to open its first London takeaway in The Chimes shopping centre, Uxbridge, in May 2026.

The site will be operated by new franchisee Gohar Zaidi and marks the brand’s first location within a shopping centre.

The launch brings the company’s UK franchise portfolio to seven sites. Hotville management stated that a further five locations are scheduled to open across the UK during 2026 as the business seeks to establish a national chain.

The Chimes site, managed by Savills, contains more than 20 food brands. Hotville is currently seeking further franchisees for strategic locations, offering a business model with a reported return on investment of between 16 and 24 months.

Usman Ganny, co-founder and franchisor of Hotville, said: “As well as our first London site, Uxbridge is also our first store within a shopping centre which is an exciting step for us.

“Launching in such a location alongside many household names will significantly raise Hotville’s profile and pave the way for further franchised expansion.”

Zaidi added: “The company is growing rapidly, offers strong return on investment, and has a proven, popular concept. It is also backed by an experienced team, giving franchisees the best possible foundation to run a successful operation. I’m very much looking forward to the opening and welcoming customers to try our fresh fried chicken.”
