Livelyhood pub group has announced that The Rosy Hue, located near Elephant and Castle, is set to open in February 2022.

The 3,100 sq ft, 150 cover venue, will show sports and live music every Friday and Saturday, with a quiz night every Sunday also available. There’s also a heated covered terrace with space for another 54 covers.

The new opening will bring the South London pub group’s portfolio to eight, with pub joining The Clapham North and The Perky Nel, The Regent, The Faber Fox, The Old Frizzle, The Mere Scribbler and The Artful Duke, which will open in Bromley this month.

Sarah Wall, owner, Livelyhood, said: “As the industry gets back into business after a ridiculously tough period, we’re delighted to take another positive step forward and open our next pub in such a perfect spot in Elephant and Castle.

“My grandparents operated in this community for nearly half a century, so this one is extra special for me personally. I feel fortunate to be opening one of our pubs in such a colourful and vibrant area of London.”
