The London Marriott Hotel Park Lane in Mayfair has announced Rajiv Erinjery as its new executive chef, whose oversight will extend to Lanes of London, its Mediterranean-inspired, all-day dining restaurant.
Bringing more than 25 years of experience, Erinjery will lead all culinary operations, heading menu development, sourcing local ingredients and managing day-to-day operations, while updating the general dining experience with a refreshed focus on seasonality and innovation.
He is stepping over from PPHE Hotel Group, where he held the role of head chef at Park Plaza County Hall London and contributed to the venue securing its AA Rosette recognition in 2024 and 2025.
Earlier in his career, he held head chef positions at Grosvenor House Suites, Jumeirah Hotels and Resorts, Grange Hotels, Corus Hotels and Hilton London Paddington.
His recent achievements include being awarded Tilda Team Chef of the Year 2025 and achieving Best in Class at Salon Culinaire 2025.
Erinjery said: “I’m delighted to be joining London Marriott Hotel Park Lane at such an exciting time. I look forward to working closely with the team to build on the existing offering and create menus that are both innovative and rooted in quality ingredients, while delivering memorable dining experiences for our guests.”
Hotel manager of London Marriott Hotel Park Lane, Varun Nigam, added: “We’re thrilled to welcome Rajiv to the hotel – with his extensive experience in the sector I am confident he will be a fantastic asset to the team, helping to deliver a premium dining experience while bringing creativity and innovation to our menus.”
